Additional Information
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of the event. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows:
- Notice over 30 days prior to event: full refund of deposit
- Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event: 50% refund of deposit
- Notice less than 10 days prior to event: no refund of deposit
Selections: Final selections required one week before event
Final Guest Count: 7 days before event
Included in prices: One trip through per guest, setup, restock and clean-up of buffet table, disposable plates, napkins, utensils and cup
Taxes/Gratuities: 7% Iowa sales tax, gratuities are never required but are graciously accepted by the staff
Payment: cash, check, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
What do you provide: Two eight foot tables, garbage cans
Guest table service: To keep prices reasonable we do not provide this. However, for an additional 15% and $10 per hour (to cover cost of extra person) we will provide this service.
Length of service: Due to food safety regulations, any buffet table can only stay open for 1 ½ hours.
More guests than anticipated: $50 charge plus cost of food if more food is required due to inaccurate guest count.
